A50 to Markfield by-pass, sp Copt Oak and Shepshed. Follow LCC signs

Programme:
Burns Night

Saturday afternoon – Caber tossing (weather permitting)
Saturday evening Flag, followed by social with a Scottish theme – Kilts and tartans if you wish. Haggis, Tatties and Neeps for supper on
Saturday or Sausage, please indicate on slip your preference

Sunday -The Winter Walk starts at 10.15am, and should last approximately 2 hours.
Everyone attending will need to be dressed in a warm coat and walking boots.

From Leicester take A46 north, turn left sp Seagrave. At the end of the village turn right into Green Lane. Sit on left in 200 yards. Follow LCC signs.

Programme:
Friday night join the marshals for tea & coffee and the usual quickie quizzes.
Saturday evening, come celebrate Sue & Andy's pearl wedding anniversary, with Motown music. a buffet will be provided.

Bring your drinks, plates, and cutlery, "Oh and don’t’ forget your dancing shoes".

Husbands Bosworth Gliding Club (Invitation from N & R)

Route:
A50 To Wigston then A5199 To Husbands Bosworth. Cross over A426 to follow A5199 towards Welford. Watch for NRCC signs and Gliding Club signs.

Programme:
A fun weekend for all petrol heads. Caravan reversing tuition and comps, either take part or give your support.
Remote controlled car racing. Dirt Buggie and Quad Bikes nearby (£40.00 for 2 hours of fun). These need to be booked before the rally so contact Sal ASAP if interested.
Social Sat night £3.50 includes Cheese and wine all night at Karaoke/quiz in party tents. Come and have a great weekend with the neighbours.

Leicestershire Centre will be holding the Motor Sports Competitions during the weekend.

Route:
A46 to Newark, A57 sliproad at Markham Moor towards Lincoln. Follow Brown leisure signs for Sundown Adventureland. After leaving A57 travel 1.5 miles. Turn right at first turning signed Laneham, right at T junction through village past war memorial towards Laneham Ferry. Continue through Church Laneham, past the church on the right. With the river on the right go over a small rise (20MPH) and proceed 300 yards past Meadow House. Turn left into site and follow LCC signs.

Programme:
Egg hunt for youngsters. Competitions and Easter Bonnet parade.

From Junction 21, M1,& Leicester.B4114 towards Enderby. Right at Foxhunter Island (Toby Carvery) onto B582.
Through Enderby, approx half mile past Next H.Q. turn left into Forest Rd., then immediate right into Thurlaston Lane.
Follow this for about half mile, right into Enderby Rd. into Thurlaston Village. 2nd Right into Church Street, which becomes Earl Shilton Rd.
Site on left. NB, please follow this route as some lanes in area narrow, It will be well signed!!

Route:
A47 towards Peterborough, left onto A6003 sp Oakham, through Preston. After 1 mile turn right at top of hill through Manton.
Turn Left sp Nature Reserve. Follow N & R CC signs

Programme:

Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire & Rutland Centres compete for the Bill Peck Team events,
the Alf Chapman Children's Sports Trophy, the Escott-North Rosebowl and the Pat Staton Trophy for car and caravan judgement and manoeuvring tests.

The Bill Peck Trophy will be awarded to the Centre that gains the most points from the team event at the InterCentre Sports Competitions.

The Alf Chapman Trophy will be awarded to the Centre that gains the most points from the running events at the InterCentre Sports Competitions.

Members and their families wishing to take part in sports MUST be attending the Rally for at least one night,

although children who are guests in the caravan of members or visiting members may also compete.

NOTE: The Rally fee is £19.50, not £24.00 as stated in the Rally Handbook.

A46 towards Stratford. About 5 miles after M40 turn right onto A3400 sp Henley in Harden.
After 1 mile turn left into Featherbed Lane towards Wilmcote, follow the road over the railway & canal and then turn right onto Aston Cantlow Road.
After 300 yards sharp right hand turn into the site, immediately before the Social Club. Follow LCC Signs.

Programme:
Probably one of the nicest sites we’ve been to. A lazy suit yourself weekend to explore The “Bard of Avon’s” country.

Take the train from Wilmcote into Stratford.

For those more energetic, you may like to walk along the canal into Stratford (about 3 miles).

Social club adjacent to site for use on Friday & Saturday Evening.

Route:
From Leicester take the M1 north. Leave at J24 and take 2nd exit signed A50 Stoke. At the junction take the 4th exit signed Shardlow. Site on right hand side follow LCC signs.

Programme:
Friday evening - join the marshals for tea and coffee and the Friday night quickie.

There is fishing at the marina, as long as you have got a rod licence, and pay the five pound per day fishing fee. but not on the River Trent, as it's private fishing.

www.oldmarinabar.com is the link to see what entertainment is on at the club over the weekend.

Saturday night will be a free and easy, as there are many pubs and eateries within walking distance.

For those who prefer to drink their own drinks, we will have the awnings and gazebo up for you to bring your chairs and booze for a general gathering,

Canal side Treasure Hunt.

Lovely quiet village set in Nottinghamshire 10 miles from Loughborough and 7 miles from Nottingham. The site is situated 1 mile from the river Trent for those who enjoy a spot of fishing.

Enjoy a relaxed weekend. Saturday evening join your Marshals for ‘ Pudding Club’. Enjoy your own dinner then join us for pudding, coffee, brandy and mints. Please bring along a pudding of your choice to share with everyone, you only need to provide what usually feeds your family - put it on the table, then we will all dig in!!!!!!!!

A50/A511 to junction with A42. A42 south to J11, A444 towards Burton on Trent pick up and follow brown tourist signs for Conkers, then brown signs for CCC caravan site.

Programme:
Saturday: On yer bikes for a ride through the National Forest.

Site is within walking distance of the visitor centre at Conkers. Lovely walks through the woodland accessible to prams, pushchairs and users of mobility scooters and wheelchairs.

We have negotiated a special rate at Conkers for the Saturday.
All adults will get a 20% discount on entry to the Centre plus any purchases in the cafe and shops on production of their Caravan Club membership card and proof of being on the rally.
Children will be admitted totally free of charge. At a rough estimate this makes the entry to the centre about £5 per adult, and Kids Go Free.
